Hans Michael Rüdiger holds an MBA and a Master in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and Arizona State.

Subsequently he worked as a consultant and manager for international companies such as Siemens and Honeywell International Since 2004, he has been a freelance consultant, and also is a partner of the IKO Institute for internal Customer Carnation

PROF. DR. ALEXANDRA HAUSER

Professor for Responsible Leadership

Prot. De Alexandra Hauser holds a doctorate in psychology and is a trainer and systematic business coach

Since October 2021, she has held the substitute professorship for Responsible Leadership at Munich Business School. Her research training and consulting tectonism (Digital Leadership Self-Leadership and Leadership Development as well as Life long Learning
