Dr. Graeme Codrington holds 5 PhD degrees, including PhD in Management and Psychology. He is a London University and Duke University professor. Dr. Graeme is the founder of creative management systems at johnson gohnson, Deloitte and the author of the best-selling book Mind the Gap, on ways to overcome and eliminate generation gap in organizations to create more and more synergy in companies. He is also Founder of the World Youth Forum and the Professional Speakers Association of the World. Dr. Graeme has been working on a five-year contract with Unilever and IBM superconductors to design customer-centric and product development systems.
Dr. Graeme has also won the 2008 Creativity Award from 200 UK university professors for writing 4 academic articles in the field of creativity and innovation.
