Harald Becker is the Academy Director and Managing Director of DMAN (our Host in Germany).
Harald Becker started his professional career in the administration of Niedersachsen. In 1998, he
left his administrative career to work in private industry. At an international ERP vendor, he was
responsible, as a project manager first, then as a consulting manager, for complex software
projects at public administrations and renowned industrial enterprises. Before he joined DMAN in
November 2013, he was Senior Director Consulting, managing the services business of Infor Global
Solutions in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Czech Republic. In addition, he was responsible
for customizations in the company’s off-shore center in Hyderabad, India.
At DMAN, Harald Becker served as Director International Relations, responsible for the academy’s
operational business in Eastern Europe, Asia and the Gulf States, before he was appointed as
Managing Director and Academy Director in January 2017.
Harald Becker holds a degree in public administration, acquired at the Lower Saxony University of
Applied Sciences for Administration and Administration of Justice. There, he later taught civil law
and general administrative law as a part-time lecturer.
